Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide and to selected international destinations. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Standard Australian orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days from dispatch. International orders may take 10–20 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order includes a tracking link sent to your email. If you can't find it, email support@carvons.com with your order number.

Are your bags carry-on approved?
Yes. Our backpacks, duffles, and roller bags are designed to fit standard major-airline carry-on dimensions. Always check with your specific airline for their exact requirements before flying.
Are your materials water-resistant?
Our canvas and polyester linings are water-resistant, meaning they'll handle light rain or spills. They are not fully waterproof — we don't recommend submerging them.
How do I care for my Carvons bag?
Spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing, bleach, or tumble drying. Air dry only.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
How do I start a return?
Email support@carvons.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send you instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay (where available).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they haven't shipped. Email us as soon as possible at support@carvons.com.
