Refund & Returns Policy

At Carvons, we design products to make travel easier, more organised, and more enjoyable. We stand behind the quality of every bag and aim to make things right if something goes wrong.

Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Our Promise: We want every Carvons customer to travel with confidence. If your order isn't right, we'll work with you to fix it.

Change of Mind

We understand that plans can change. While we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, we're happy to offer a store credit so you can choose something that better suits your needs.

Conditions

  • Request must be made within 14 days from the date of your order
  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility

Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit for the product value (excluding original shipping costs).

Damaged or Defective Products

If your bag arrives damaged or defective, we'll take care of it quickly.

How to Report

  • Email support@carvons.com within 14 days of delivery
  • Include clear photo or video evidence of the damage or defect

Resolution

We will prioritise sending you a free replacement at no cost. If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we can offer:

  • A refund, minus a $20 restocking fee
  • Any shipping fees paid are non-refundable
Our goal is to make this process as smooth as possible and ensure you receive a product you love.

Shipping & Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery timeframe for Australian orders: 8–12 business days.

While most orders arrive within this window, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs, peak periods). For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for orders that arrive within 12 business days of the estimated delivery timeframe.

Please note: If your order has not arrived after 15 business days, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

If you no longer want your order after it has shipped, you may return it following our change-of-mind policy above. A $20 restocking fee will apply if a refund is requested instead of store credit.

Return Conditions

For any approved return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or promotional items with discounts over 20%

Refund & Credit Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome by email
  • Store credits and refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
